All Carpet Cleaning Services include an unconditional 10-day warranty against any stain re-appearing. Should any stain re-appear we’ll gladly return and retreat the area completely free of charge within the first 10 days.
10 Day Warranty (Odor Removal Policy)
Eco Clean’s odor removal warranty is the best in the business. Simply stated; Once we’ve recommend the necessary odor removal treatment should it fail to perform as described. Eco Clean will apply the same amount of odor removal product and re clean a second time the initially treated area(s) at no cost to you.
Please note: Should you be dealing with a pet urine odor issue and it is determined that your pet has re contaminated the previously treated areas, additional costs could apply.
30 Day Warranty (Worry Free Spill Policy)
Once you choose Eco Clean to be your carpet and upholstery cleaning service company, we provide an industry exclusive 30 day “Worry Free Spill Policy” Should you experience an accidental spot from a spill that your complimentary bottle of Spot Out cannot remove we’ll come back at no cost to you within the first 30 days following your service date and attempt to remove any spill that should happen with no questions asked. 1 Year Stain Guarantee (Treated with ScotchGard®)
Every Eco Clean Carpet Solutions carpet and upholstery cleaning project that has had ScotchGard®applied to it, and issued our exclusive -ScotchGard® guarantee© is given the most widely respected guarantee in the business.
Should you experience any stain that cannot be removed using your provided Spot-Out® stain remover. We will gladly attempt to remove the stain completely free of charge for an entire one year period.
